Few Tips
1 - remove security code = enter 10 times wrong code
2 - Make sure firmware is 4.xx or above
3 - remove security policy with virus.bin ( is Not actual virus = upload to blackberry )
4 - then u can disable keylock password.
5 - install ns logger drivers
6 - read codes
7 - read info section in software on how to enter code
this is the steps to unlock blackberrys. maybe helpfull to some
